Location: Waltham, Massachusetts

Average Annual Compensation: Based on Experience and Skills

Additional Responsibilities:
• Reviewing requirements, and developing test cases and test plans
• Reporting issues and performing related activities such as troubleshooting, data gathering, and working with other groups to resolve
Required Skills:
• Strong Ad Insertion and Multiplexing background required
• Experience with SeaChange Ad Technologies (Linear and Targeted)
• Experience with Scientific Atlanta DCM D9900
• 5 years of related job experience
• Experience with Testing or Q/A
• Networking experience (TCP/IP, Fiber-optics, Routers, Switches, etc.)
• Experience with In-Home devices (Set Top Boxes, DSL/Cable modems, routers)
• Experience with desktop operating systems – Windows, MAC, and Unix/Linux, CentOS
• Understanding LAN/WAN environment
• Testing and/or familiarity with video set top box testing
• Video experience (Digital Video Systems, Video Compression Technology, MPEG2. MPEG4, Transcoding)
• Video test equipment (IneoQuest, Triveni and JDSU MPEG Analyzers)
• Familiarity with video inputs – HDMI, Component, Composite and S-video
• Familiarity with HP Quality Center
• Experience writing test cases and test plans
• Strong verbal and written communications skills – Must be able to understand instructions and to communicate issues to their test leads
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred Experience & Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
