Average Yearly Compensation: $48,000 to $56,500
Based on Skills and Experience

Additional Responsibilities:
• Planning
o Engineering, Provisioning and Implementation of Lucent ECP and 5ESS and or NSN Switching systems
o Forecast future cell needs including, but not limited to, LTE, carrier adds, FTTC, batt & power plants
o Ensure proper cell expansion to support growth of then market area
o Develop and issue planning report for cells to be utilized by Region & HQ
• Budgeting
o Work closely with team and Manager to prepare and review monthly budget
o Track all Capital requirements related to the cells
o Monitor all equipment expenditures
o Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment utilizing PeopleSoft
• Equipment Procurement & Optimization
o Ensure optimum equipment utilization and efficiency
o Oversee equipment installation and acceptance
• Project Management
o Design, procure equipment and manage construction of new cell projects
o Aid in design, procure equipment and manage cell expansions

Required Skills:
• ASSOCIATES DEGREE is required
• CCNA
• 2 years experience inbuilding DAS
• Must have experience with Lucent Switches and or NSN Switches
• Experience and proficiency in Peoplesoft
• Minimum 2 years experience with ALU Switch and or NSN equipment
• Must be self motivated and have ability to complete tasks with little supervision
• Experience in managing budgets and peoplesoft skills
• Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members

Preferred Experience and Education:
• Previous experience with Project/Construction Management of cell sites desired
