Average Yearly Compensation: $64,500 to $80,900
Based on Skills and Experience

Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform complex acquisition, installation, relocation, and removal of computer hardware, operating systems, and software
• New server deployments ("Rack and Stack" and using Kickstart/Jumpstart) and old equipment decommissions
• Maintain accurate and timely inventories of servers in multiple local locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve server problems (hardware, software, network, SAN, etc.)
• Create and maintain detailed documentation as needed.

Required Education and Skills:
• Associates’ degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration on UNIX/Linux/Windows {primarily Solaris, RedHat, and Windows Server 2003 (or and higher)}
• The ability to lift, move, 50 lbs or more and install moderately heavy equipment ("Rack and Stack")
• Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting/resolving network connectivity issues and an extensive knowledge of WAN, LAN, VLAN, and Firewall concepts
• Minimum 3 years experience with a SAN environment and/or a working knowledge of SAN concepts
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, dealing with vendors, and creating/tracking requests
• Must have strong system analytical & design skills as well as planning & problem-solving experience
• Must have strong oral and written communications skills (particularly in customer & management transactions)
• Must be able to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
